Founded in 2014, we initially planned our operation as a farm planted with Breadfruit trees that we would turn into traditional tostones. Later, gluten intolerance knocked on my door and forced me to a gluten-free diet. Goodbye bread, pizza and life as I knew it … After taking gluten-free baker’s classes for personal use, we decided to adopt Breadfruit flour for our bread recipes to create EntrePanas bread.
In Entre Panas we focus on producing the first and only Breadfruit Bread without Gluten. Bread as it has to be.
