After a long career as a Field Service Engineer in the medical industry and gluten intolerant Josue decided to take gluten free baker classes and incorporate breadfruit into the gluten free bread mix. Also an Agronomist owning a farm with 12 acres already planted with breadfruit it only made sense to combine the already available breadfruit material with technical knowledge to establish a value added product manufacturing operation along with Jajaira.
